Wasted Delivery Charges

In order to enhance the operational efficiency and cut down on the nonproductive and administrative hassles of a wasted delivery; please note with effect from 01-05-2017; we have levied the below charges for the wasted delivery which will cover the following scenarios –

• Unsuccessful deliveries due to wrong postcode
• Unsuccessful deliveries due to unavailability (despite being pre notified)

The below charges will be unfortunately recovered and must be paid PRIOR to re-scheduling the delivery –
